Shipping & Delivery

Please note that all orders are only shipped on working days. All orders placed before 04:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 04:00 p.m. are processed on the next working day.

When placing your order, please ensure all information concerning billing and delivery address is correct. After it has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as possible.

You may choose standard or express delivery for your order. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your area and delivery time.

Instant Motorbike Delivery (Go-Jek, Grab and others)

If you live in Jabodetabek area and wish to have the item as soon as possible, you can pick up your purchased item with Instant Motorbike Delivery.

Create your purchase on our website and checkout as usual.

After making your purchase on the website, please contact our customer service via whatsapp to arrange the pick-up by your chosen provider. Make the appointment. We will provide you with the pick up address and inform you whether the item is ready.

Please note that our operating hour is on Monday-Friday, from 9 am - 5 pm. You may only pick-up within that time range.

Delivery cost by your chosen provider is fully paid by you - the customer.
