EXCHANGE POLICY

At COPA, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our exchange and return policy below:

• Exchanges are allowed once per transaction only.

• Items can be exchanged for a different size of the same product only.

• Exchanges cannot be made for a different design or style.

Terms and Conditions

• Item(s) must be returned within 72 hours from the time you received it. 

• Buying the item(s) as a gift to friends & family? Contact our customer service to extend your exchange period.

• All products must be returned in its original packaging and with no sign of wear and/or odour.

• The product tag must still be attached and intact.

• No returns & exchanges for sale items.

• Please record a full unboxing video before opening your package  to process your return or exchange claim. (Video must be recorded from the moment of unboxing the package, and the product in one continuous shot without any editing or pauses.)

• Exchange policy stated are subjective to management changes in accordance to offers & promotion applied.
